Terms and Conditions

By using the power metering services provided by Ampernix (“the Company”), you agree to the following terms:

• Service Provision: The Company provides energy monitoring and metering data. While we strive for 100% accuracy, our data is provided for informational and management purposes.

• Access to Equipment: The Customer agrees to provide safe and clear access to the electrical panels or meter locations for installation, maintenance, or emergency repair.

• Prohibited Actions: Customers shall not tamper with, reverse-engineer, or attempt to modify the metering hardware. Any evidence of tampering will result in immediate service termination and potential liability for equipment replacement.

• Liability Limitation: The Company is not responsible for power outages caused by the primary utility grid, electrical surges, or damages resulting from the Customer's existing electrical infrastructure.
