Refund & Return Policy

• Hardware Returns: If you purchased metering hardware directly from us, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unopened packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

• Service Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. However, if there is a verified technical failure where no data was recorded for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our system error, a pro-rated credit will be applied to your next bill.

• Installation Fees: Labor and installation fees are non-refundable once the work has been completed on-site.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that project requirements change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

• Service Subscription: You may cancel your monthly monitoring subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing ampernixcc@gmail.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

• Installation Appointments: To cancel or reschedule a technician visit without penalty, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice.

• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a fee of N$400.
